My old injury

I don’t have good image against injury. It is usually unhappy thing for most of people, especially athlete, to injure parts of body. I think injury changes peoples’ life.

When I was a junior high school student, I belonged to track and field club. I didn’t have stamina, so I practiced hardly. But I injured my leg joint when I was second year. I was sad. Then, I injured my back at rowing clubs’ training when I was university student. I seems not to have strong body.

But, I began to learn about body making and method against backache reading book or magazine. I take care of my body now too because I’m afraid of backache. So everyone, take care of yourself.

I think it is very important that take care of your body, too.
I know resentry this proverb in English "Health is not valued until sickness comes."

Miki - that proverb is very true. People often take health for granted. Another proverb I heard was, "If you don't have your health, you don't have much else." I think this is true too.
