OZONI

This is a Japanese traditional food, particularly we eat it during consecutive holidays of the new year, is called "Ozoni". It is a soup with rice cake in it. And sometime contain some green vegetables. Generally, the soup is used soy sauce on base, but it is depend on region, some of them are used Miso (soy paste). I like Ozoni. It warm the body in cold winter and has taste simple. Eat once by all means in the cold time!
